1997 The beginning
After successfully running Island Cottage for over a decade, we wanted to establish a fine hotel in Lakeside.
1999 Opening of Hotel Tulsi
We opened the bookings for Hotel Tulsi with all the excitement.
2003 Opening of Hotel Restaurant
Hiring top chefs from Nepal, we welcomed the guests to our restaurant in the roof-top of the hotel so everyone could enjoy the view of Fewa Lake and the rolling hills of Pokhara.
2018 Celebrates its 20th anniversary
With over two decades in hospitality service and establishing itself as a fine hotel in Pokhara, Hotel Tulsi celebrated its 20th anniversary.
2020 Renovation of the hotel
Keeping the authentic taste of Nepal, we redesigned the hotel rooms and bathrooms. Each room is designed to the feel of the Nepali culture preserving and showcasing the diversity of our culture.
2021 Opening of Tilapia Restaurant
With the Authentic Taste of Nepal we have endorsed a farm to table concept and opened another restaurant. Fresh fish from our own farm and top Nepali chefs. For dinner or Lunch we will take you there by an hour boating in Fewa Lake.
